Meet The Dr. & Staff
Dr. Rebecca Baker-Sams is a graduate of Leslie County High, Cumberland College, and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She started her practice in 2003 after graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and the Bluegrass Dental Society.

At Dr. Sams' office, we are a family dental practice that is team-oriented and patient-focused. We strive to provide a positive dental experience for our patients of all ages. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology in a home-like environment. Ultimately our primary goal is to improve the oral health of our community through dental education.
Kendra. Kendra has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1997. She has been a Dental Hygienist at our office since 2005. She is very compassionate about her work and strives for every patient to have a great dental cleaning experience! She values our patient's overall dental health and strives for improvement through education, comprehensive care, and guidance!
Dawn. Dawn has been a member of our team since 2006, and has been in dentistry for over 10 years. She started as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at our office and now is our Scheduling Coordinator. Dawn's friendly voice greets our patients when she answers the phone helping patients make their appointments work with their individual schedules. Dawn is always eager to go the extra mile for the patient!
Brandy. Brandy has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2006. She joined our practice in 2008 and has been providing outstanding, gentle dental cleanings to each patient who enters our office since! She keeps the patients educated in their treatment and has an overall goal of health for all of our patients. Brandy visits local elementary schools every year to promote good oral health in our community starting with the kids!
Carol. Carol started as an intern at our office in in 2007. After graduating as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant, she became a full-time team member. Carol enjoys working with the many children in our practice and well as our adult patients. She is currently continuing her education in her dream of becoming a dental hygienist!
Amber. Amber has been our Patient Care Coordinator since 2008. It is her goal for every patient to have a great experience in our office! She is involved in the patient's care from the first day they come to our office, to helping coordinate the continuing recare for many years to come. It is her bubbly personality that helps patients feel at ease as soon as they enter the doors to our practice!
Crystal joined our team in 2010 and brings 15 1/2 years of expanded duties dental assistant experience to our team! She takes pride in her work and genuinely cares for her patients. She especially loves working with children as she makes sure they truly enjoy their dental experience.
